Texas Tortilla Soup Mix "For Olde Tyme Goodness"
Nothing says Texas like some down-home Tex Mex Tortilla Soup! Easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients:
Dehydrated onion, chili pepper, chili powder (chili pepper, spices, salt, garlic powder), paprika, salt, and selected spices.
No fat, no cholesterol, no preservatives, no sugar added, and low sodium!
Recipe:
Bring 2 quarts of uncondensed chicken broth to a boil. Add Tortilla Soup Mix and 3 cooked chicken breasts cut into cubes. Let simmer 30 minutes. Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh deep fried corn tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, and avocados. Serves 8-10.
